REFUND ELIGIBILITY

  • A service was paid for but not delivered due to scheduling or staff availability issues.

  • A service was cancelled by Natsacare services and cannot be rescheduled at a suitable time

  • There was a significant issue with the service that was not resolved after giving us the opportunity to correct it.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS​

  • If the client cancels with less than 24 hours' notice​

  • If the client is unavailable or inaccessible at the agreed service time

  • If services were partially completed and the issue was not reported within 24 hours
