TERMS AND CONDITIONS-NATSACARE SERVICES

SERVICE AGREEMENT

By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Natsacare services reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

  • All services must be booked in advance via phone, whatsapp , online form or in person

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking

  • Payment methods accepted; ECOCASH

  • Prices are based on service type, duration and location

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY​

  • Clients are to provide a safe and accessible environment for our staff

  • Any valuables should be secured before service begins. Natsacare is not liable for lost or misplaced personal items

  • For in-home services, Someone must be available to grant access at the agreed time

OUR RESPONSIBILITES

  • All staff are screened and trained for professionalism and safety

  • We will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time. Delays due to weather or traffic will be communicated

  • We will perform services as requested and ensure reasonable quality and care

 

LIABILITY​

  • Natsacare services is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear in homes or vehicles

  • Any complaints or damages must be reported within 12 hours of service

  • While we take care in our services, accidents or errors may happen and will be addressed case by case

PRIVACY

  • All clients information is kept confidential and will never be shared or sold

  • Personal details are used only for service delivery and communication

 

TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to anyone engaging in abuse, threats, unsafe environment, or non payment
